This data article is the result of a 6 month long project analyzing the trends of 70 student’s journeys from freshman summer to post-grad. My intention was to dispel any misconceptions freshmen had about what they had to do over the summer to excel in the professional world.

This article is the second most successful one on The Sign.al, accumulating 3,000 page views.

In addition to this article, I published a list of upperclassmen who were willing to mentor younger students on pre-professional pressure at Penn. Not only did I receive overwhelmingly positive response, the Wharton administration also wanted to distribute this article to every freshman at Orientation to dispel their fears.
